GSA Image Analyser
A program to analyse 2D Images of any kind.
The GSA Image Analyser is a program to analyse 2D Images of any kind. It can recognize and count objects in an image or also calculate the distance areas in it. Images can be imported from many sources (file, scanner, microscope, cam).
Visualization of Objects
You can evaluate the results of the automatic cell counting in the image. As you can see, even overlapping cells get counted accurately.
Object Statistics
See a wide range of statistics to your object counting that can later be used in your papers.
Search for Objects
Once the object recognition was performed, you can search for objects that stand out of the mass and find more interesting parts more easily.
Cut and Count
A big image can be cut into several smaller ones where you can more easily count things with a button press.
Root length after Tennant
A well establish method to measure the root length after Tennant is directly usable in the program. No need to count the intersection manually.
Image Stack
Put many of the same images to a stack and go through them to find out what has changed. This is extremely helpful when having images from the same location over time.
Image Editor
You can also edit the image manually here by painting on it. No need to use external programs to achieve this.
